Hannah Baga has turned her quest for optimal health into an easy to digest, all-in-one-place, resource for the girl who wants to be well but doesn’t have the time to sort through the BS. And trust us, there’s a lot of BS! As a Libra, her soul’s purpose is to digest information and share the truth. In her early 20’s, Hannah found herself with chronic fatigue and abdominal pain. Thus started the deep dive into the world of health, healthcare, science, nutrition, supplements, eastern medicine, exercise and all things wellness.
Over the past decade, Hannah has healed her gut microbiome, relationship with her body, food and exercise, and discovered the power of meditation and therapy. Through this process, she has come to understand that wellness is truly all encompassing. Whole body health is a balance of science and ancient wisdom that is the key to living in your prime.
She began Seasonal Cycles with the primary purpose of providing the reader with the tools to heal themselves and empower them to persevere through the messy world of health and wellness. The foundation of Seasonal Cycles is that to achieve wellness, we need to be in sync with both our bodies’ natural cycles as well as the cycles of the Earth or ‘seasons’.
In such a divisive world, this is a space where we explore science and medicine AND how nutrition and eastern medicine can play a role in our wellbeing. Take what you like and leave what you don’t. Health is an individual journey that is not one size fits all. Let’s discuss the different ways to heal the mind, body, and soul that’s inclusive of all approaches.
